What is Leadership Training?

We offer several ways for Leadership Training. Pastor Tom teaches a course that meets bi-weekly and focuses on John Maxwell's book, "The 21 Most Important Minutes in a Leader's Day".  It's great for personal application as well as leading groups.  We will also be offering weekend seminars in the near future.  These seminars will cover the basics on leading, teaching and administration.  This will be a must for all FOB leaders to attend.  We hope to have our first seminar sometime this year.  For more information on all of our Foundational and Training Groups visit our Foundations section. 

 

Why should I be involved in Evangelism?

At this level you should have had a lot of foundational teaching, experience in sharing and serving and it is important that you begin sharing your faith effectively with others.  We offer many ways for you to do this including Street Ministry, Jail Ministry, Working in Alpha, Nursing Home Ministry, Mission Trips and many others.  Check out our Outreach area for more info on these groups.
