Welcome to the Fellowship of Believers website. We are a spirit-filled church, focused on Jesus, located in sunny Sarasota, Florida. If you're looking for a church, or have some time to visit, we'd love to meet you. Our main service is 10 AM on Sunday and everyone is welcome! We believe Christianity is not simply a religion, but a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. Our desire is that you would see how precious you are in the sight of God and that you would reach your fullest potential through a meaningful relationship with Him. This all begins by accepting personally God's great love for you. God is not an unfeeling, cold hearted ruler of the heavens. He is touched by our cares, feels our pains, and shares our sorrows. In fact, He loves us so much that he gave His only Son to die for our sins, so we could have a meaningful relationship with Him. As a local expression of the body of Christ, we want to encourage your growth in the Lord. If we can be of help to you in any way please don't hesitate to call us.

Because we feel relationships are vital, we also have over 85 Small Groups in our church that range from Golfing and Sewing Groups to Biblical Studies and Bible College. There's always a place for you! For more information visit our Ministry Groups page.

Your relationship with God is very important to us. If we can help you discover Christianity or help develop your relationship with God please don't hesitate to contact us. If you are in our area try our Alpha Course. It meets on Wednesdays at 6:15pm (except for Summer time) and begins with a free home cooked meal. You'll discover what Christianity is all about and meet some really nice folks. It's a very, non-threatening, non-preachy type atmosphere that gives you the comfort to ask any question you like.
